Job Description My client, a locally-owned and highly successful flooring company, is seeking a talented Commercial Flooring Sales Rep to join their team. This is an amazing opportunity for candidates looking to take the next step in their sales career with a reputable company in the flooring industry. If you have 2-5 years of experience in commercial flooring sales, this could be the perfect fit for you. Position Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients
Identify new business opportunities and secure new accounts
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction

Position Essential Job Functions:

Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations
Prepare and deliver sales proposals
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements
Meet and exceed sales targets

Position Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of commercial flooring products and industry trends
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proven track record of meeting sales goals

Benefits:

Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $150,000
