About the Role
The Company is seeking a Client Experience VP to join their Business Transformation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the global client experience function, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to all clients worldwide. This role involves leading a large, globally distributed team and is central to maintaining and evolving operational excellence. The VP will be expected to own and evolve the global client experience strategy, foster a culture of excellence and accountability, and ensure seamless operations across various client-facing teams. They will also be tasked with leveraging data and insights to improve processes, setting ambitious goals, and partnering with commercial and product teams to bring the client's voice into strategic decision-making. Applicants for the Client Experience VP role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of experience, with at least 7 years' in operations, preferably in a B2B/SaaS environment. The role requires a leader with a proven track record of managing large, diverse teams and a strong focus on operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills, be fluent in English, and have a passion for fostering a culture of continuous feedback and operational excellence.
