Civil Environmental Engineer - Water & Wastewater Treatment

Description:

Immediate need for Project Managers to coordinate day-to-day management of projects, client interactions, and technical staff development for Civil and Environmental Engineering projects.

Responsibilities:

• Act as liaison between our client and their project representatives, staff, and stakeholders.
• Perform business development work like writing proposals, lead cultivation, or proposing services to existing and potential clients.
• Work in close collaboration with other PMs and staff.
• Assign Engineering staff work based on their strengths and individual goals.
• Actively work with ongoing projects.

Relevant past experience:

• Previous experience with site design and overall Civil/ Environmental engineering design.
• Previous experience performing Hydraulic calculations with an eye on stormwater requirements.
• Previous experience with Water Wastewater Treatment
• Previous experience performing site investigations and preparing thorough reports.

Qualifications:

• MUST have at least (5)+ years of related professional experience in Civil/ Environmental Engineering.
• Professional Engineer license desired, NOT required, or in the process of obtaining one.
• Strong computer skills (AutoCAD, MS Office, Google workspace).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of relevant Federal, State, and local regulations.
• OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPPER and 10-hour construction safety training.
• Must be willing and able to work outside in all weather conditions and travel to jobsites.

Education:

Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering and/or Environmental Engineering OR related field of study coupled with relevant industry experience.
