Role Description

This is a contract role for City Manager, Omaha, at Slate. As a City Manager, you will be responsible for:

1. representing Slate at various promotional opportunities such as industry conferences and meetings
2. conducting walk throughs with potential clients to learn about their needs
3. providing face-to-face service to existing clients.

Your day-to-day tasks will include engaging with potential customers through various channels, conducting walk throughs at existing and potential client sites and building long-term relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, account management and business development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in lead generation and prospecting
• Ability to effectively present and demonstrate products/services
• Good negotiation and closing skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Experience in the cleaning industry or related field is a plus
• Availability to work part-time, as needed
