Job Description

Our client is a boutique private equity firm. This role will sit on site Monday-Friday in the Manhattan office.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Support the firm's founder with administrative tasks and project work
• Oversee projects of high importance, directing the workflow of other individuals within the organization
• Create operational processes and practices that drive efficiencies
• Attend meetings as requested, take detailed minutes, and coordinate follow-ups
• Provide strategic guidance
• Demonstrate expertise in a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures
• Identify and lead on-going training initiatives (e.g., best practices sessions)

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills required
• Ability to rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
• Must have a can-do attitude, proactive nature, and excellent follow up skills
• Proven ability to organize research findings and build presentations. Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Excel, etc.
• Confidential and trustworthy – must use good judgment and discretion as needed

The annual base salary range is $150,000 to $225,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
