Job Description

We’re hiring a Chief of Staff to support the founding team of a high-growth, venture-backed tech startup. This is a unique opportunity to operate as a strategic right hand to the CEO and leadership, work across every function of the company, and directly influence our roadmap and success. You’ll be instrumental in executing critical projects, streamlining operations, and supporting decisions that shape the company’s future.

This is a founder-track position — ideal for future entrepreneurs or COOs who want a front-row seat to company building from 0→1 and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Act as a force multiplier for the CEO: help prioritize, manage, and execute high-impact projects
• Lead cross-functional initiatives (product, go-to-market, ops, fundraising, partnerships)
• Prepare internal and external materials (e.g., investor decks, board updates, strategic memos)
• Build and improve systems that scale internal operations and decision-making
• Serve as a thought partner on long-term strategy and day-to-day execution
• Own special projects such as GTM research, new market launches, customer development, and team planning
• Support recruiting, culture-building, and team enablement

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, banking, VC, operations, strategy, software engineering, or product
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives or high-stakes projects
• Excellent analytical and written communication skills
• Passion for startups, technology, and building from first principles

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience at a fast-paced startup or as a founder/operator
• Exposure to early-stage fundraising, GTM execution, or product development
• Familiarity with SQL, Excel modeling, Notion, or data tools
• Background or strong interest in AI, fintech, SaaS, or consumer tech
