• Work in partnership with SVP, Provider Experience and serve as a strategic clinical thought leader for the provider experience strategy aligned with the organization's mission, vision, and values. This involves assessing current healthcare trends, value-based initiatives, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing innovative solutions to optimize provider experience and patient outcomes.
  
  
• Work with provider experience, quality and population health teams to develop clinical outcome tools and capabilities for external utilization by provider partners.
  
  
• Assist in building and driving enterprise alignment around all clinical performance tools and capabilities for internal partners.
  
  
• Collaborate closely with Provider Experience leadership team to align clinical objectives with organizational goals and priorities. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to drive organizational success. Be a transformative leader in population health, population health management and the transition to value-based care.
  
  
• Cultivate strong relationships with healthcare providers, including physicians, specialists, hospitals, and other care facilities. Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to promote effective communication, resolve issues, and foster a culture of collaboration and mutual respect.
  
  
• Collaborate with Provider Experience, Quality, Network and Risk Adjustment teams and matrixed partners to implement initiatives to enhance provider experience, satisfaction and value-based care. Actively engage with other leaders in the company to ensure an integrated, cross-departmental, data-driven clinical approach to provider experience.
  
  
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and advancements in Value Based Care, healthcare technology, telemedicine, and digital health solutions. Identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve care coordination, streamline processes, and enhance the provider experience.
  
  
• Provide partnership, mentorship and training to market CMO’s to lead healthcare transformation.
  
  
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and best practices in clinical governance. Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  
  
• Assist in development of all value-based care training for the enterprise for clinical and non-clinical staff.
  
  
• Performs other duties as assigned.
  
  
• Complies with all policies and standards.

Education/Experience:
Medical Doctor (MD) in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics or Geriatrics required. Master's Degree Business Administration, Public Health, Healthcare Administration or related field preferred. 7+ years experience practicing and teaching value-based care required. 1+ years experience as physician leader in a value-based environment required. 1+ years experience working with providers, quality and population health teams to develop clinical outcome tools and capabilities for external utilization by provider partners required. 1+ years experience in healthcare insurance and care delivery sectors preferred. 1+ years knowledge/experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and Marketplace population health and/or value-based care preferred.

License/Certificates: Board Certification through American Board of Medical Specialists. Current state medical license without restrictions.
