The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the company's mission of providing high-quality, comprehensive medical and dental care to the most vulnerable populations is upheld. This includes overseeing the delivery of primary and preventive health care, supervising medical staff, and coordinating outreach programs. The Chief Medical Officer will also be involved in the development and implementation of training and personal development plans, as well as ensuring compliance with relevant healthcare regulations. Applicants must be licensed Family Practice, General Practice, or Internal Medicine Physicians in good standing, with a minimum of 3 years of experience. A current license to practice medicine in the state of Ohio and a valid DEA Certificate are required. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading and managing healthcare workers, with a preference for those who have prior ambulatory care experience and have worked with medically underserved populations. The role demands a professional who can work collaboratively with the CEO and COO, and who is adept at setting and achieving clinical goals, maintaining a high standard of care, and responding to the needs of both patients and staff.
