Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and uphold design standards for the Mechanical Division
  • Mentor and guide a team of skilled mechanical engineers
  • Promote and implement innovative solutions for complex engineering problems
  • Oversee all phases of mechanical engineering, from initial design to project closeout
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver high-performance design solutions
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory codes and industry standards
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience with 20+ years in the field)
  • At least 10 years of mechanical engineering experience with proven leadership in successful project execution
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, systems, and applications
  • Experience across multiple industries is a plus-training provided for unfamiliar sectors
  • Exceptional leadership, mentorship, and communication skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align engineering solutions with client goals
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies

What We Offer:

  • The chance to make a meaningful impact on high-profile, cross-industry projects
  • Flexible work schedule to support work-life balance
  • A dynamic and collaborative work culture that fosters innovation
  • Ongoing learning and development alongside experienced engineering professionals

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary range: $150,000 - $190,000 (commensurate with experience)
  • Incentive pay for overtime hours
  • Annual profit-sharing bonus (variable)
  • Paid time off and holidays
  • Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, and vision
  • Company-paid life and long-term disability insurance
  • Additional coverage options: short-term disability, FSA, HSA, EAP, and supplemental life insurance
  • 401(k) with employer match
