About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will be a key leader, responsible for overseeing the financial operations and shaping the financial strategy for future growth. This role requires a strategic and experienced professional with a strong background in financial management, accounting, and team leadership. The CFO will lead the financial planning and analysis process, manage accounting operations, ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and oversee compliance and risk management. Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) or similar ERP systems is essential for this position. The successful candidate will have a proven track record as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role, ideally in a manufacturing or multi-location environment. They must have a deep knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and compliance requirements, as well as experience in managing teams and fostering a collaborative work environment. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are a must, along with a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (CPA or MBA preferred). The CFO will also be responsible for cash flow management, stakeholder communication, and leveraging financial systems to improve data accuracy and streamline processes.
