The Company is seeking a Chief Diversity Officer (CDO) to lead the development and implementation of programs and initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion. The CDO will be responsible for managing the Office of Diversity & Equity, creating and overseeing diversity and compliance programs, and ensuring the College's adherence to all relevant regulations. This includes the preparation of reports, educational workshops, and working with external agencies on compliance matters. The successful candidate will also be involved in the strategic planning process, particularly in the allocation of resources to support diversity and equity initiatives, and will collaborate with various stakeholders to foster a climate that values and respects diversity.
