About the Role
The Company is seeking a Department Chair for its Political Science program. The successful candidate will serve as the chief representative and leader of the department, overseeing all internal affairs and acting as a liaison between the faculty and the university administration. Additionally, the role involves teaching two courses each semester, providing professional development opportunities for faculty and staff, and expanding the programs within the department. The candidate should be adept at resolving issues, maintaining communication with various stakeholders, and promoting the department's activities, including student recruitment efforts.
