**Job Description:**
We're looking for experienced equipment operators who have a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) to join our asphalt crew in North Liberty. This role operates heavy-highway construction equipment like a skid steer loader, power broom, or backhoe. This position also works with their hands, a lot, to shovel, set string lines, or perform other general laborer duties. Pay based on CDL class and experience operating equipment.
* Perform manual labor including staking, shoveling, raking, setting string lines, and handwork, etc.
* Operate heavy equipment such as a backhoe, skid loader, roller, etc.
* Work overtime including weekends when needed
* Work during the day or overnight
**Position Requirements:**
* Be at least 18 years of age or older
* Have a commercial driver's license
* Able to work day and/or overnight depending on the project
* Stand for long periods of time (8+ hours)
* Walk, climb, stoop, kneel, and crouch
* Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
