The customer for this opportunity is a best in class aluminum producer based in Kalamazoo, MI. They offer high-performance aluminum for Aerospace and High Strength, Automotive, General Engineering and Custom Industrial applications.

* Truck is domiciled in Grand Rapids, MI or Kalamazoo, MI
* 53' Flatbed Conestoga --No tarping!
* Monday-Friday 1st shift

*Position Compensation and Benefits*
* .73 cpm, $25 per stop, $25/hr detention
* 1500-2000 miles

*Responsibilities*
* Operate a CDL A flatbed truck to transport goods safely and efficiently in a semi-local area.
* Load and unload freight, ensuring proper securing of cargo on the flatbed.
* Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
* Maintain accurate delivery logs and communicate with dispatch regarding route and delivery status.
* Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.
*Requirements*
* CDL Class A
* 12 months recent CDL driving experience
* Flatbed or Conestoga experience required
* DOT drug test
* Current DOT Medical Card
* Good MVR
