Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Capture Manager with a strong background in federal contracts for professional services. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of federal contracting processes, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of building strategic relationships. The Capture Manager will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in the federal market.
Responsibilities: 1. Federal Contract Acquisition: •Identify, pursue, and capture federal contracts related to language services.
•Develop and implement strategies to compete for federal opportunities effectively.
•Stay abreast of industry trends, federal acquisition regulations, and contract opportunities.
2. Relationship Building: •Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both within the federal government and potential partnering companies.
•Collaborate with industry partners, agencies, and prime contractors to enhance business opportunities.
3. Proposal Development: •Work closely with the Director of Business Development in the development of compelling proposals for federal contracts.
•Work closely with the proposal team to ensure compliance with federal requirements and submission deadlines.
4. Market Analysis: •Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
•Analyze federal agencies' needs and trends to tailor offerings accordingly.
5. Performance Metrics: •Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to federal contract capture and execution.
•Report regularly on progress and propose improvements as needed.
Requirements •Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
•Proven track record of successfully capturing federal contracts.
•In-depth understanding of federal acquisition regulations and contracting processes.
•Strong network within the federal contracting community.
•A high level of self-motivation.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Excellent negotiation skills.
•Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
•Familiarity with the language services industry is a plus.

Compensation Range: $80,000 - $130,000
