Production We are in search of an Assistant Producer (Commercial Production) Co-op to work on a world class creative and production team! Draftkings is one of the most exciting places to work in sports. In this position, you will work closely with our Production and Creative teams within Draftkings' internal creative agency to create commercials and social videos featuring A-list celebrities and pro-athletes. What you'll do as an Assistant Producer (TV Commercial Producer) Co-op: - Collaborate with Producers/Project Managers to intake new requests, scheduling, resourcing projects, and making sure all project key dates are met.
- Help maintain master production status doc by adding new projects (key dates, internal links) and keeping all relevant project information up to date.
- Assist the Lead Producers with all aspects of large scale productions throughout pre-production, production, and post-production (i.e researching concepts, compiling team travel, sourcing props, covering supervised edit/color-correct/record-mixes, QC'ing final files).
- Assist with Integrated-Production department related tasks (reviewing historical spots/department information and summarizing for future reference. I.e total commercials made per quarter, talent count, music licensed).
- Potentially be available to be on set/location to help execute shoot day (in DK studio or on location locally in Boston). Responsibilities could include: Running teleprompter, helping setup/run equipment, Dressing Set, keeping track of overall schedule and timing, communicating any pertinent information, interacting with talent as needed.
- Partner with the creative team and DK's internal editor/motion graphics artist to gather any assets (music/stock footage/Logos/legal disclaimers) as needed. Help QC all files before delivery.
- Intake any props/wardrobe from set and manage the production inventory/storage.
What you'll bring: - Willingness to learn
- Familiarity with GSuite such as google drive, docs, sheets
- Familiarity with editing software (Adobe Premiere) not necessary, but a plus.
- Familiarity with canon cameras/dslrs, lighting, audio capturing not necessary, but a plus.
- The US base compensation range for this co-op position is $16- $20, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The US hourly rate for this full-time position is 16.00 USD - 20.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
