Roles & Responsibilities:
*) Implement, support, and optimize Epic Cadence, including Guided Scheduling and Referrals functionality.
*) Collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system specifications.
*) Perform configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of Cadence modules.
*) Provide end-user support and training as needed.
*) Assist in the development of documentation and process improvements.
*) Participate in system upgrades, patching, and go-live support.
*) Ensure compliance with hospital policies and HIPAA regulations
Qualifications / Skills:
*) Experience in a hospital setting.
*) Have experience with Candence, Guided Scheduling, Referrals.
Certification:
*) Cadence certification required.
