We are well established and seeking a skilled Solidworks CAD Operator to join our dynamic team. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and modifying detailed 3D models and 2D drawings using Solidworks to support our manufacturing processes. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and production teams.

Responsibilities

• Create and modify 3D models and 2D drawings using Solidworks based on project specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability.
• Review and interpret engineering specifications and technical documents.
• Conduct design analyses to verify compliance with industry standards and client requirements. Assist in the development of prototypes and support testing phases.
• Maintain organized documentation of design changes and revisions.
• Provide support in troubleshooting design-related issues during production.
• Participate in design reviews and contribute ideas for process improvements.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Solidworks (minimum 2 years of experience).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Associate’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, CAD, or a related field a plus
