Our cooks (line, saut, grill, fry) are responsible for creating that unforgettable guest experience through the proper preparation of the best tasting recipes around! You are responsible for top notch cleanliness and sanitation standards at all times. You will be a member of a cohesive team that supports each other's success in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do:

• Follow strict recipes to create chef curated options
• Handle raw and prep ingredients used in our menu items
• Prioritize customer tickets and preparation activities
• Contribute to our Guest-centric atmosphere and be willing to go above and beyond to support our brand
• Maintain clean and sanitized equipment in an organized, sanitized cooking area

Requirements

• Ability to understand and follow direction from others.
• Ability to perform line cook activities - grill, saut, fryer, baking, and prep work
• Prioritization skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Skill and coordination with kitchen utensils and equipment.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
• Weekends required
