ATS Group, Americas (ATS Travel, FHTglobal, Brook Green USA), is looking for another great person to join our team! We are searching for for the right person to fill the Bookkeeper position in our Hollywood (FL) office. Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to: Daily bookkeeping of 3 company accounts Daily upkeep of QuickBooks and QB Projects Support the Accounting Manager with all USA-based accounts payable & receivable, including necessary payments to vendors, tracking client funds, chasing hotels commission payments, etc. Tracking hotel points and card rewards for company use Maintaining important office records and documentation Managing office overhead and basic office management needs Review/reconcile accounts with outside accounting firm on a monthly basis with supervision of Accounting Manager Create and provide reports to Accounting Manager via QuickBooks as required Assist CEO - Americas as needed The ideal candidate MUST meet the following qualifications in order to be considered: Minimum 3 years experience with QuickBooks Online - preferably with experience in using the Projects feature of QB Experience in an accounting department role within the hospitality/travel/meetings/events industry Ability to multitask and remain organized in supporting 3 different entities At ATS Group we hire the person first and the skills second.
