The successful candidate will manage the company's financial records and accounts, coordinating the preparation of financial statements and providing accurate and timely reporting to management. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing internal control policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of accounting, including billing, general ledger, cost accounting, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, tax compliance, inventory accounting, revenue recognition, and special analyses.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and accounts in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Develop and implement internal controls to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable efficiently.
• Monitor cash and funding balances to ensure financial health.
• Oversee payroll processes and ensure tax compliance.
• Perform additional controller duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks Online) and spreadsheets (Excel).
• 5+ years of experience in accounting and financial management preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, budgeting, cost accounting, and GAAP.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
