Job Description

Bookkeeper needed to work for a pain management network with clinics throughout South Florida. To be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records for our network of 7 pain management clinics. This role involves managing day-to-day financial transactions, reconciling accounts and assisting with the preparation of financial reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of bookkeeping principles, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in accounting software. Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Overviewing
• General Ledger
• Bank Reconciliation
• Financial Reporting
• Compliance
• Assist with audits and tax preparations as needed.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of proven bookkeeping experience, preferably in a multi-location healthcare or medical practice environment.
• Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Sage, NetSuite). Experience with healthcare-specific software is a plus.
• Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with medical billing and coding basics.
