Where You’ll Work

You’ll join our Houston-based team in an in-office role that blends talent acquisition, client service, and field staff support. You’ll play a critical part in filling open positions, keeping clients happy, and helping candidates find meaningful work—all while working with a team that’s committed to your success.

Job Highlights:

• Position: Bilingual Recruiter / Customer Service Representative
• Location: Houston, TX (in-office role)
• Type: Full-Time
• Pay: Based on experience + performance-based bonuses
• Language Requirement: Fluent in both English and Spanish

What You’ll Be Doing:

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for light industrial and warehouse positions
• Conduct reference checks, background screens, and onboarding paperwork
• Meet weekly hiring targets (50+ hires/week)
• Promote job openings via calls, texts, referrals, and social media
• Communicate job requirements and expectations clearly in English and Spanish

Client & Field Staff Support

• Build strong relationships with local clients and field employees
• Manage daily job orders and match the right candidate to the right role
• Perform client check-ins, follow-up calls, and site visits
• Ensure all staffing needs are filled accurately and on time

Operational & Compliance Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems
• Conduct safety orientations and monitor jobsite performance
• Track attendance, timesheets, and document incidents
• Contribute to process improvements for hiring, retention, and field staff care

Employee Experience & Engagement

• Celebrate high-performing employees and promote a positive work culture
• Coach and guide field staff toward long-term success
• Collaborate with recruiters and sales to exceed branch goals

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years in recruiting, staffing, or customer service
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Comfortable with a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
• Tech-savvy with experience in ATS/CRM platforms
• Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and insurance
