CCSC is searching for a dedicated and compassionate Bilingual Career Coach to join the team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.

The primary responsibilities of the Bilingual Career Coach include:

• Providing direct client services, including needs assessments, service planning, coaching, and life skills training.
• Helping clients set and achieve employment goals through regular coaching appointments and progress tracking.
• Developing and delivering workshops and classes on topics relevant to client needs.
• Collaborating with staff and community partners to enhance services and improve client outcomes.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation and ensuring confidentiality and compliance with agency policies.

Requirements and qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (sociology, public administration, human services, etc.) or a satisfactory level of equivalent education and experience
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in case management or career coaching
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of community resources and cultural sensitivity
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and the ability to learn specialized database and software systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.85 - $28.94 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
