We are offering a temporary to permanent employment opportunity for a Bilingual (English and Spanish) Administrative Assistant in Santa Barbara, California. This role is within the government sector and involves a variety of tasks related to customer service and administrative support. The workplace is a detail-oriented setting where you will be interacting with lawyers and other detail-oriented individuals.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process and manage customer credit applications

• Maintain and update customer credit records to ensure accuracy

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

• Monitor customer accounts and initiate appropriate action when necessary

• Conduct weddings at the courthouse as part of your duties

• Liaise with lawyers and other detail-oriented individuals as part of your daily tasks

• Utilize the Microsoft Office Suite and cashiering system Tyler for various administrative tasks

• Assist with data entry and typing tasks as required

• Provide detail-oriented and courteous service to all customers

• Utilize your Spanish language skills in your daily interactions and tasks.

• MUST be bilingual in Spanish to be considered

• Proven experience in Administrative Assistance

• Proficiency in tasks such as scheduling, office management, and clerical duties

• Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to professionally interact with clients and staff at all levels

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word

• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Positive attitude, flexible, and a team player.
