Job Description:

Position Overview: The BI Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools. They will work closely with various departments to gather requirements and deliver insights that help drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
• Create and manage data models, reports, and dashboards.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reporting and analysis.
• Optimize and improve existing BI solutions for better performance and usability.
• Perform data analysis to support business decisions and identify trends or patterns.
• Work with database administrators to ensure the efficient operation of the BI environment.
• Develop and maintain documentation for BI solutions and processes.
• Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in BI development, data analysis, or a related field.
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases.
• Experience with data modeling and ETL processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
