Job Title: Baseball Event Director
Location: Fort Collins, CO
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000
Job Type: Full-Time
We are looking for an individual to join our Baseball Division of highly motivated associates. This is an entry level opening. This position will direct baseball events hosted in partnered cities, school districts and at private facilities. Ensuring team, player and the family experience is at a high level is critical to success. Positive customer service is a focus to ensure retention.
Qualifications: Required Skills: - Passion for premium event building and execution.'
- Travel to events to ensure quality.
- Long work hours during event season.
- Event marketing using phone, email, text and social media.

Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in event management or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of event building and execution experience.
- Relationships with club baseball teams.
- 3 to 5 years of sales and marketing experience.

Educational Requirements: - Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Sports Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Alternative: A strong combination of experience in sports event planning, marketing, or operations may substitute for formal education.
Experience Requirements:
Preferred Experience: - 3 to 5 years of experience in event planning, execution, and management, preferably in sports events.
- Experience in sales and marketing (phone, email, text, social media).
- Relationships with club baseball teams (helpful but not required).
- Experience managing budgets and operational logistics.
Additional Competencies: - Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel and work longer hours during event seasons.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for sports and event execution.
Company Overview Triple Crown Sports (TCS) specializes in premium-produced events in 5 sports (baseball, basketball, softball, volleyball and pickleball) played in destination locations that stretch from San Diego to New York City and everything in between.
