**What You'll Do:**
* Make outbound calls to business owners using leads from Apollo.io
* Engage decision-makers and schedule qualified discovery calls for our sales team
* Track outreach activity and appointment results in our CRM
* Collaborate with a U.S.-based team — but work independently and remotely
**What You Must Have:**
**Fluent English** with a clear and professional speaking voice
**Proven experience booking B2B sales appointments** (required)
**Hands-on experience using Apollo.io** (required — please do not apply without it)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Highly organized and reliable
Must be available for a virtual interview
**Compensation:**
* **$8–$10/hour USD** (based on experience)
* **$100 USD bonus for every qualified virtually ATTENDED appointment**
* Paid weekly
* Full-time hours (32-40 hours/week) with flexible scheduling
* 100% remote — work from anywhere outside the U.S.
