Advanced Glass is a busy and growing automotive, commercial, and residential glass business 15 minutes north of the city looking to fill an automotive glass installer roll.

**In order to be considered you must be proficient in automotive glass installations and have a minimum of 2 years experience. This MUST be detailed in your application to be considered.

Are you looking for a long term career with unlimited potential? If you have auto glass installation experience and the required glass shop skill set we want to meet you. 

Specific Skills Required

• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate all retail glass shop daily operations, including but not limited to:automotive glass installations, commercial and residential sales and services.
• Provide courteous and attentive customer experiences
• Determine staffing requirements
• Manage time, staff and assign duties
• Train staff as required

Business Equipment & Computer Skills

• Basic computer skills, email applications
• Point of sale system including creating sales receipts in Quickbooks online

Working Conditions & Physical Capabilities

• Fast paced environment
• Hard working
• Energetic
• Physically capable of completing daily tasks in a reasonable amount of time

Financial and Other Benefits

• Base hourly salary plus performance (wage will be a reflection of experience and performance)
• Monday to Friday hours - no weekends or evenings. Group benefits, staff discounts.
