Trainor, Pezzulo & DeSanto, a firm on the cutting edge of Saratoga County’s vast growth, is looking for a full-time associate attorney with 1 to 2 years of relevant law firm experience. Both transactional and litigation experience are preferred while municipal expertise is desired. Admission to practice is New York State or pending admission are required. The successful candidate will be personable and dependable, take initiative, and work independently while also integrating well into our existing team.

Our attorneys offer a full range of municipal, business and consumer legal services in a friendly team atmosphere to residents and organizations throughout the Capital District and beyond.

*Requirements:*

* Admitted to practice in the State of New York or pending admission
* Private practice transactional and/or litigation experience is preferred
* Experience representing towns is preferred
* Qualified military veterans are strongly encouraged to apply

*Responsibilities*:

* Maximize existing skill set to produce quality results
* Learn and hone new skills in the firm’s practice areas
* Progress in expertise and responsibility to become a leader in the firm’s growing practice in future years.
* Be personable, dependable, take initiative, work independently but also cooperatively as part of a team.

*Salary*: Pay range of $65,000 to $100,000, commensurate with productivity and experience.
