Located in the charming town of Ann Arbor, MI, our restaurant offers a lively and engaging work environment that will keep you on your toes. As the Assistant General Manager, you will play an integral role in managing daily operations and ensuring that our guests receive top-notch service. You'll also have the chance to work closely with our dedicated team members, management staff, and outside vendors to maintain high standards across all shifts.
Responsibilities:
Direct, control and coordinate subordinates to deliver quality products to our guests in the most efficient and friendly way possible.

Maintain a safe work environment for all employees and guests
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year restaurant management experience required.
Basic understanding of financial management and budgeting.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of food safety standards and practices.
