We are hiring a full time General Manager. The Woodhouse Day Spa strives to create a unique spa experience for each of our guests and cannot achieve this without talented therapists who have passion for what they do!

As an Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Aiding in managing the daily operations of the spa
• Make sure both guests and team members are scheduled efficiently and effectively
• Help to coach and develop team members
• Assist in maximize inventory for professional and retail use
• Understand our software systems and utilize tools to analyze spas overall performance
• Take the lead in neighborhood marketing and community outreach
• Ensures each guest has a phenomenal and consistent experience
• Understands that serving and helping others leads to personal satisfaction
• Assists Manager and Regional Managers in any other tasks needed

Preference for 2 years work experience in a spa, retail or cosmetics management position. Experience in guest relations and management is necessary. Skills include: administrative, computer, organizational, communication, retailing, and training.
