What You’ll Be Doing
Partner with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, keeping service smooth and standards high
Support with hiring, training, and developing a team that’s as passionate about hospitality as you are
Foster a positive, high-energy culture where people feel valued, supported, and inspired
Help manage financial goals by monitoring labor, inventory, and cost controls
Engage with guests, build relationships, and ensure everyone leaves happier than they arrived
Assist with local initiatives and community outreach to grow brand presence and make an impact
What You’ll Bring
2–4 years of leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality environment
A natural ability to coach, inspire, and motivate teams
Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a people-first mindset
