While reporting to the Executive Chef - Managing day-to-day culinary operations
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction
Support the development and implementation of new menu offerings, promotions, and events
Collaborate with the Food and Beverage team to achieve financial goals and effective cost control measures
Provide leadership and guidance to kitchen staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment
Requirements:
Experience with Resorts – multi outlet 6 or more restaurants experience
Certification as an Executive Chef from the American Culinary Federation
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in Resort multi outlet 6 or more restaurants experience needed
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
