Job Specifications:

• Job Type: Full-time, temporary-to-hire
• Company: ZF North America, Inc.
• Location: Fowlerville
• Pay Rate: Up to $17.00/hour
• Shift: 1st, and 2nd shifts available

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Operate assembly machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
• Assemble components and perform visual quality checks to meet product standards.
• Support the fabrication process by following instructions and guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of 6 months prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness to work overtime, including potential weekend hours.
