Description:
Greg Matthews Studio is looking for an experienced Architectural Designer to add to our team. Someone who is excited to be hands on in the development of multiple unique high-end residential projects from conceptual design all the way through construction. As well as taking direction and working alongside the Lead Architect and Project Managers.
Responsibilities:
· Complete tasks given to you in a timely manner to keep the project on track
· Problem solve through designs
· Prepare designs for presentations with clients
Qualifications:
· Minimum 5 years of experience (preferably in private residential architecture)
· Proficiency in Revit, Lumion, Bluebeam, and Adobe Applications
· Accredited professional degree in Architecture
· Ability to work fast passed, be organized, and meet deadlines
· Be motivated and self-reliant but also ready to collaborate with others as well as a good attitude towards design changes
· Willingness to put in additional time to meet deadlines when required
· Communicate effectively and take direction from Lead architect and Project Managers
· Ability to problem solve and work through complex problems with your designated team
