3. Destination Expertise: Provide detailed information on Las Vegas attractions, entertainment, dining options, and local events to enhance client itineraries.
4. Customer Service: Offer exceptional service before, during, and after travel to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
5. Sales and Promotion: Promote additional services, upgrades, and special offers to enhance client experiences and maximize sales opportunities.
6. Documentation and Logistics: Prepare and distribute travel itineraries, confirmations, and travel documents while coordinating logistics for group and individual bookings.
7. Vendor Relations: Build and maintain relationships with hotels, airlines, tour operators, and other vendors to negotiate rates, resolve issues, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
