Responsibilities:

Industry Knowledge: We provide full training!

Knowledge of travel industry trends, destinations, and products a plus 
Familiarity with various travel services, such as flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, and travel insurance a plus

Communication Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients, suppliers, and team members.

Customer Service Skills:

• Strong customer service
• Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and efficiently
• Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and bookings simultaneously.
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate and error-free bookings.

Problem-Solving Skills:

• Ability to quickly and effectively solve problems that may arise during travel arrangements.
• Resourcefulness in finding alternative solutions for clients.
• Cultural sensitivity and awareness to cater to the diverse needs of clients from different backgrounds.

Legal and Regulatory Compliance:

• Understanding of travel regulations, visa requirements, and other legal aspects related to international and domestic travel.

Teamwork:

• Ability to work well on your own and motivation to meet goals

Adaptability:

• Flexibility to adapt to changes in the travel industry, such as new technology, regulations, or trends.

Certifications:

Qualifications

1. Must have a computer, tablet or mobile device
2. Must be 18 or older
3. Must be Proficient in English, Bilingual a Plus
