• Specialty: 2.0 FTE Anesthesiologist

• Coverage Period: Potential for a long term contract
• Coverage Type: Clinical + Call
• Clinical Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7:30am to 4pm
• Call Schedule:
Weekday Call: Mon-Fri, 3:30pm-7am
24 hour Weekend Call: 7am-7am next day
(Call from home - provider not required to be at facility unless called back for an emergency)
• Call Type: Beeper/Cell phone
• Call Ratio: TBC (Call will be shared among Anesthesiologists)
• Call Response Time: On-call providers must be available within 15 minutes by phone, and on-site within 40 minutes.
• Callback %: TBC (Call-back for emergency surgery or procedures is infrequent)
• Patient Demographics: Adults
• Patient Volume: Approximate case load - 10 surgical cases per day
• Phone Consults: Yes
• Admissions: TBC
• Rounding included: Yes
• % of Practice: 90% Direct Patient Care
• Physician in Practice: TBC
• Support Staff: CRNAs, will also supervise Anesthesiology Residents
• Specialty Backup: TBC
• Procedures: Patients undergoing cardiac surgery, orthopedic joint replacement, and major vascular, thoracic, neurosurgical, plastic, ENT, urologic and
ophthalmologic operations.

Requirements:
• Active unrestricted license in any State or U.S territory
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Anesthesiology residency program.
• Board Certified /Board Eligible by the American Board of Anesthesiology (ABA)
• BLS
• ACLS
• DEA Certificate
• NPI
• At least 3-5 years of relevant Anesthesiology experience is preferred

Please note : Physicians who have ever had a license restricted, suspended, revoked, voluntarily revoked, voluntarily surrendered pending action or denied upon application will not be considered for the purposes of this contract.
