Application Process:

1. Online Application: Fill out the online application form with all the necessary details. **This will be evaluated by our advanced AI system to ascertain that you fulfill the prerequisites for the position.
2. Remote Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a remote interview. This is an opportunity for us to get to know you better
3. Station Tour and Conditional Offer Letter: At Elite-Star Express, we believe in transparency and ensuring our potential team members are well-acquainted with our operations. As part of our recruitment process, we invite shortlisted candidates for a station tour, providing an insightful behind-the-scenes look at our day-to-day operations, facilities, and the dynamic environment you might soon be a part of. Following the tour, candidates who align with our values and meet our criteria are presented with a conditional offer letter. This letter outlines the terms of employment, pending the successful completion of any remaining pre-employment checks and requirements. It's our way of ensuring you're fully informed and excited about the journey ahead with Elite-Star Express.
4. Training: Once selected, you will undergo a training program to familiarize yourself with our processes, tools, and the Amazon delivery model. Training will last 3 Days at the Amazon Training Center in Manassas. Training is fully paid!
5. Welcome Onboard!: Upon completing your training, you'll be all set to bring smiles to our customers' faces! Initially, we'll ease you into the process with a few introductory Nursery routes. As you grow more comfortable and adept at delivering smiles, we'll transition you to a full daily schedule.
