**Job Title: Aircraft Mechanic**
**Job Description**
As an Aircraft Mechanic, you will ensure professional demeanor and appearance in daily interactions with customers, guests, and co-workers. Your tasks will include maintenance and inspection, servicing and lubrication, troubleshooting, repair and modifications, and fueling and de-fueling of aircraft. You will be familiar with the Quality Control systems and procedures relative to your duties and perform with maximum efficiency using available resources. Additionally, you will complete maintenance paperwork, support the Aircraft Crew Chief with shift turnover, collaborate with the Customer Project Supervisor to meet work scope objectives, maintain a 5S system for housekeeping, focus on Human Factors to drive to zero defects in workmanship and safety, and adhere to company rules, safety policies, and SOPs while supporting the corporate mission through department goals.

**Work Site**
This is a fully on-site position in Chesterfield, Missouri.
**Work Environment**
The role is based in a hangar environment with a team of 10 people. The hangar is non-climate controlled, operating Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with possible schedule adjustments during warmer months. Overtime may be required to support business volumes.
