Support and coordinate air freight trade services, products, and operations for a wide variety of customers. Air Freight Agents maintain ongoing relationships, provide support, resolve problems, and open supply requests for customers and centers.
Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office: MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally. Desire to provide excellent customer service. Possess general administrative skills such as in-bound phone support, distributing mail, preparing reports, processing forms, tracking shipments and orders, and data input. Problem solving skills to resolve intermediate level concerns by conducting research with minimal supervision. High attention to detail. Ability to lift up to 70 lb. Legal right to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualification: Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate fluently both verbally and in writing with customers.
