What You’ll Do:

• Manage full-cycle air export shipments
• Quote air export rates efficiently and accurately
• Coordinate with carriers, overseas agents, and internal teams
• Ensure timely documentation and compliance with international regulations
• Handle a high volume of files with precision and attention to detail
• Deliver excellent service in a dynamic, multitasking environment

What You Bring:

• Minimum 3 years of air export experience
• Strong working knowledge of CargoWise
• Proficient in quoting and booking LCL & FCL shipments
• Proven ability to handle high file counts and stay organized under pressure
• Exceptional multitasking and communication skills
