💲 Salary: $60,000 - $65,000

We’re partnering with a leading global freight forwarder to find an experienced and detail-oriented Air Export Coordinator to join their Boston office. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a high-paced, international logistics environment where precision, compliance, and customer service are key.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Coordinate all aspects of air export shipments from start to finish
• Prepare and process export documentation in line with regulations and client requirements
• Book cargo with airlines and ensure proper routing
• Communicate with customers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely movement of freight
• Monitor shipments, resolve issues, and keep clients updated throughout the export process
• Ensure compliance with TSA, AES, and international trade regulations

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3+ years of experience in air export operations within freight forwarding
• Strong knowledge of export documentation and airfreight processes
• Familiarity with systems like Cargowise or similar TMS platforms
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, team-oriented office environment
