We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Aesthetic Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aesthetic procedures, excellent patient care skills, and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for performing a variety of aesthetic treatments and ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction.

The Aesthetic RN is responsible for performing laser and medical aesthetic skin care services. Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but is not limited to the following):

• Perform laser treatments, microneedling, chemical peels, and other aesthetic procedures.
• Conduct thorough consultations, assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and provide pre- and post-treatment care instructions.
• Ensure all treatments and procedures comply with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Educate patients on available treatments, expected outcomes, and aftercare protocols.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting treatments, outcomes, and follow-up care.
• Work closely with the aesthetic team, including physicians and other healthcare professionals, to deliver exceptional patient care
• Communicate with patients regarding follow-up questions, concerns or scheduling.
• Other duties as required or assigned.
• Regular and reliable attendance is required to perform the functions of this position.

Education, Licensure and/or Certifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, pre-bachelor degree program.
• Possession of State Registered Nurse license.
• CPR certification.

Experience:

• One year experience in lasers/cosmetics and/or dermatology preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Knowledge of medical and/or dermatology office procedures.
• Knowledge of professional nursing theory and practice to give and evaluate patient care.
• Knowledge of organizational policies, regulations and procedures to administer patient care.
• Knowledge of medical equipment and instruments to administer patient care.
• Knowledge of common safety hazards and precautions to establish a safe work environment.
• Skill in applying and modifying the principles, methods and techniques of professional nursing to provide ongoing patient care.
• Skill in identifying problems and recommending solutions.
• Skill in preparing and maintaining records, writing reports and responding to correspondence.
• Skill in developing and maintaining department quality assurance.
• Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with patients, medical staff and the public.
• Ability to maintain quality control standards.
• Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
• Ability to interpret, adapt and apply guidelines and procedure.
• Ability to communicate clearly.
• Ability to use electronic health record and basic Microsoft Office applications.
