Location: Salem (West Salem), OR


Status: Full-Time


Schedule: 5 days per week, including 2-3 Saturdays per month


Hours: Mon-Thur 8:30am-6pm, Fri 8:30am-5pm, Sat 8:30am-3/5pm


Position Summary:


With our continued growth and success, we are excited to hire a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic treatment team in Salem (West Salem), OR. Our company is medically-based, so as the Nurse Practitioner, you will help our clients achieve the aesthetic results they've always wanted while providing them with excellent patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform all laser hair removal treatments within Milan Laser established treatment protocols and procedures
  • Educate patients on laser hair removal process and pre/post treatment care recommendations
  • Work autonomously with clients to achieve their medical or aesthetic hair free goals
  • Collaborate with the clinic team to achieve company goals
  • Provide a friendly and comfortable environment by delivering world class patient care
  • Record clear and accurate medical documentation in patients EMR on a tablet device
  • Ensure a professional clean work environment; to include prepping the treatment room in between patients
  • Clean and perform minor maintenance on the laser to ensure proper functionality
  • Collaborate with Regional Clinical Specialist/Practitioner and Medical Management Specialists, as needed, regarding patient treatment plans

Requirements:

  • Active, unencumbered NP license
  • Active ANCC or AANP national certification in family medicine specialty
  • Out of state travel for training may be required
  • Passionate about providing excellent patient care
  • Ability to work 38-40 hours per week, including rotating Saturdays and evenings
  • Exhibit exceptional communication skills, both verbal & written
  • Ability to maintain highly confidential information
  • Be able to stand for up to 9 hours a day
  • Be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Be able to visually assess the client's skin and use visual abilities while operating the laser
  • Be able to operate a laser and computer/office machinery (required use of hands, fingers, arms)
