**Job Description**

Join Our Team as a Cardiovascular ICU Advanced Practice Provider!

Qualifications:

• Education : MSN for Nurse Practitioners or BS for Physician Assistants
• Experience : 1 year (critical care experience preferred)
• Licenses/Certifications : APRN certification with ACNP certification (within 6 months) or PA-C

Role Overview:

• Setting : Adult ICU, primarily night shifts
• Team : Integral part of a multidisciplinary team working closely with anethesiology physicians
• Responsibilities :
• Manage critically ill adults
• Oversee patient care from ICU to discharge and follow-up
• ICU triage and admissions
• Maintain high standards of evidence-based practice and safety
• Advanced clinical knowledge and skills

Physical Requirements:

• Lifting, pulling, pushing, standing, walking, and sitting

Professional Development:

• Shifts : 6 clinical shifts, with additional shifts compensated at market rate
• Development : 1 professional development shift per pay period
• Continuing Education : $4,000 and 80 hours of leave

• Patient assessment and care
• Formulating differential diagnoses
• Referrals and consultations
• Diagnostic test management
• Line placement and maintenance
• Specialty consultation
• Evidence-based care planning
• Code-T Responder
