We are looking to add a dedicated admin to our production/order entry team to assist in processing orders that keep our manufacturing teams busy and our customers served!

Position will be Monday-Friday on-site, with flexible 1st shift hours. We are willing to train those with minimal related work experience that are willing to learn!

Position Responsible For:

• Reviewing details of new or repeat work/purchase orders to identify & resolve discrepancies (internally or on the customer side) related to job critical information
• Completing routine data entry into company ERP and other estimating software as needed to generate acknowledgements, accurately create production work orders
• Route completed job packets for one or more manufacturing divisions within the time frame required, including expedited orders
• Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned or needed related to production, scheduling, estimating, or sales

Starting pay based on prior administrative/data entry work experience

Requirements:

Preferred & Required Qualifications:

• Prior work experience in an administrative, data entry role strongly preferred.
• A service mindset and customer service experience will be helpful
• Leading candidates will be detail, and process orientated
• Must be very proficient and comfortable with computers, learning new systems/software
• Must be reliable, consistent, and organized
• Must be able to sit or stand for up to 8 hours per day
