- Schedule: Full Time, 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday, no holidays or weekends.

This position will join an engaged support team to provide front office and scheduling support for 9 busy Pediatric General Surgery Physicians and 2 Outpatient Nurse Practitioners.
What You Will Be Doing: - Provide basic administrative and technical support for the team and providers they support.
- Manage clinic schedules/calendars, communicates with multiple disciplines via phone and Cerner pool messaging, handles patient and referral inquires as appropriate.
- Manage work with basic guidance and direction.
- Address basic administrative and technical issues when they arise.
What You Will Need: - A High School Diploma/GED.
- 0-3+ years relevant experience; previous administrative experience preferred.
- Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment a plus.
- Basic proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
