Job Title: Senior Accounting Manager

Job Summary:
The Senior Accounting Manager will oversee the financial operations of Company, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and industry regulations. This role is responsible for managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, audits , and relationship development to drive financial growth and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience in nonprofit accounting , team leadership, and financial strategy implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee nonprofit general ledger accounting and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
Develop and manage financial forecasts, budgeting processes, and cash flow analysis.
Lead investment strategies and monitor financial performance to optimize profitability.
Conduct vendor risk assessments and manage contract negotiations to improve financial efficiency.
Direct audits and ensure compliance with industry regulations and financial policies.
Realign finance team structures to include data-driven approaches for enhanced business insights.
Implement efficiencies in budgeting processes for a multi-entity organization.
Establish and execute relationship development strategies to increase revenue.
Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
Analyze benefits and financial risk to support executive decision-making.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial management.
Strong background in nonprofit accounting and financial reporting.
Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Excellent leadership skills with experience in team realignment and development.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
Experience with contract negotiations, vendor risk assessments, and audits.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Certified Data Science analysis in financial operations.
Demonstrated success in implementing financial efficiencies and revenue growth strategies.
Background in multi-entity financial management.
